HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Please check the 'Availability' details on the item page for estimated shipping times. Once an item is processed within the stated time frame, the shipping method selected at checkout will be used to ship your order. For example, if the 'Availability' section shows 'Ships in 3-5 Business Days' and Expedited shipping is selected, the order will ship via Expedited shipping speed after the 3-5 business days processing time required.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SIZE REQUEST?
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or edited. As the order is immediately sent to our production facility for processing. Most items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be canceled or edited once they enter the production queue.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE?
If an item is returned to us as "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier, you will be issued a refund less the original shipping costs.
